Litter picking
A willing group of volunteers gathered on 26th March to gather rubbish along The Street, Kiln Lane, St Georges Road and Church View and together filled a number of bin bags with some interesting discarded items found!! Well done all.

New Bench
A new bench has been erected on the green at the bottom of Kiln Lane for the pleasure of walkers and indeed those just wishing to sit, rest and ponder. The bench was donated by the Stowlangtoft Charity which was incorporated in 1876 and ceased to exist in 2020. I’m sure it will be used by many for many years.

Tree Planting
The Parish Council have funded the planting of a Yew Tree or a “Taxus baccata ‘Fastigiata’ to give its scientific name on the green beside the bench on the corner of Kiln Lane to celebrate the Queens Platinum Jubilee.
